Optical lenses are more and more widely used

Without a lens, then the scattering is very strong, the light is very dazzling, but because the light is very scattered to see the specific target.

Optical lenses are more and more widely used, developed according to the actual application requirements, into the optical design modelling, to manufacture the mold, through the injection molding to get the applicable lens. In real life, the most widely used is the LED optical lens, LED optical lens is mainly used for LED cold light source series of products of light concentration, light guide.

According to the angle of different LED light out of the design of the light distribution curve, by increasing the optical reflection, reduce light loss, improve the light efficiency (and set the aspheric optical lens). And according to the user requirements of R & D design and production of LED lens is placed on top of the LED lamp beads, the main role is to change the LED lamp beads light-emitting angle, the role of the light guide, is used with the LED light source (lamp beads), so that the combination of the finished product in accordance with the application of the lamps and lanterns. Lens in the role of LED lamps and lanterns is quite obvious: with a lens in addition to focusing the light there is a very uniform distribution of light, not some places where the light is strong, some places where the light is weak. Without a lens, then the scattering is very strong, the light is very dazzling, but because the light is very scattered to see the specific target.
