Phase 1: Joint research and verification (ensuring precise design)

After receiving customer requirements, we will conduct detailed sample structure and material analysis, identify technical difficulties and potential risks, and provide data support for the design.
Based on the analysis results, we will provide multiple differentiated design and development solutions, including product appearance design, optical design, and regulatory design (covering cost optimization and performance upgrade options), for your decision-making to ensure the product maintains both market competitiveness and manufacturability.
Comprehensive testing (including functionality, reliability, environmental simulation, etc.) is introduced during the sample stage to verify design defects with data and ensure that the design scheme is foolproof.
All improvement and testing results will be summarized and submitted. After you confirm the final sample (Golden Sample), we will proceed to mass production.
Phase 2: Lean Production and Quality Control (Ensuring Stable Delivery)
